Creating Lead Appointments in BizCore CRM

  1. Navigate to the "Leads" section from the dashboard.
  2. Click on the desired lead and select "Create Lead Appointment."
  3. Fill in the following details:
    • Subject: Enter the purpose of the appointment (e.g., "Product Demo").
    • Description: Add any additional details about the appointment (e.g., objectives, topics to cover).
    • Attendees: Select the team members who will attend the appointment.
    • Date/Time: Set the date and time of the appointment.
    • Location: (Optional) Specify the meeting location if applicable.
    • Appointment Type: Choose the type of meeting (e.g., demo, consultation).
    • Notifications: Enable SMS or email reminders for attendees and the lead.
  4. After completing the form, click Save to schedule the appointment.

Managing Appointments:

  • To view scheduled appointments, navigate to the “Appointments” tab under the lead’s profile.
  • Appointments can be rescheduled
